Yes! We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Items in original packaging with all tags intact
- Returns requested within 7 days of delivery
❌ Items Not Eligible:

- Clearance or final sale items
- Hair accessories (due to hygiene reasons)
🔄 How to Request a Return or Exchange:

- Our team will guide you through the next steps, including where to send the item back.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue your exchange or store credit.
💰 Do You Offer Refunds?
Currently, we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, you will receive:
- Exchange for another item of equal value
OR - Store credit for future purchases
This helps us maintain fair pricing while reducing return abuse and waste.
🚚 Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid lost packages.

- Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your return or exchange once we receive the item.
